It seems like I just wrote about planting during a full moon. That was May 18th! Another full moon will soon be upon us. If you live in the north west, you haven’t missed much if you did not plant in May.
My starts are barely up out of the ground. I am hopeful the sun that has been forcast for this weekend will send things in to a rapid growing spirt.
Happy planting.

If you have ever wanted to have a garden, whether it will be in a window, on a deck, a raised bed, or in the ground……… We have a beautiful full moon coming on Tuesday.
I am new to planting myself, but have heard people explain this is when you want to plant.
I neglected to do that last year, we will see if the moon helps feed me better than last year.
Parsley , butter lettuce and spinach, ( and peas if you have room.)are great for beginners. (They were my garden staples last year.
Happy Full Moon Planting

Parsley has been taken for granted, there is much more to this “plate decorator” herb than most people know. Parsley is easily grown, (can be grown in a window) and always vibrant to taste, it is highly nutrious. Parsley is loaded with vitamin k with runner up nutrients of vitamin C & A, folate and iron.
Parsley can be added to salads, chopped up in dressing, added to pesto , mixed with pasta or added to a veggie smoothie. Be creative…….. think parsley
